With dimensions of just 320x320x100 mm, our smallest cross table achieves great things in laser machining. Our highly dynamic and backlash-free LMSA linear motors and our ED1 servo drive are used the drive and control.
The compact unit is exceptionally durable, with up to 50 million driving cycles and repetition accuracy of 0.003 mm with minimal maintenance. External reference edges and the Plug&Play concept reduce integration work for the cross table to a minimum. For laser applications in particular, thermostable bellows protect the positioning system against heat and dust, which helps to ensure a maximum service life.
